The commerce department reported today that sales of New Homes rose 3.3% in April to a seasonally adjusted rate of 526,000
This is the first rise in new home sales since Oct 2007
Inventory of New Homes fell 2.4% to 426,000 a 10 month supply at the current sales pace.
